Eligibility: All employees (except hiring managers or HR staff directly involved in recruitment for the referred position) are eligible to participate.
Referral Criteria:The referred candidate must meet the job qualifications for the open role. They must complete the standard application and hiring process.
Referral Submission Process:Employees submit referrals through emailing to [email protected]. Include the candidate's name, contact information, and the specific position they're being referred for.
Bonus Payment Terms:A $1000 referral bonus will be awarded if the referred candidate is successfully hired for a full-time position and completes a probationary period of 90 days with satisfactory performance. Payments will be processed in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.
Program Guidelines
Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first submission received.
Referral Limit: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make or bonuses they can earn.
Employment Terms: Bonuses are applicable for full-time roles only, excluding internships or temporary contracts unless specified otherwise.
